W. Harry Henderson, President - Broker

provides financing, transaction and real estate asset management services
to our clients. He successfully managed the business development and
marketing efforts for the real estate subsidiary of North American Life
Assurance - Edgecombe Group Inc. Previously, as
senior director of Gulf Canada Corporation, he was responsible for the
management of a number of operating units and the overall asset management
of Gulf's large real estate portfolio. He is licensed under the Real Estate
and Business Brokers Act of Ontario as a broker of record and has been an
active member of CORENET where he has held many international positions.
Harry is currently a trustee of a private Canadian REIT.
