History
1992:
Parallel was founded with the primary objective to provide financial advisory
and intermediary services to the real estate sector with an emphasis on
turnarounds and workouts. A small team of seasoned professionals worked
closely with banks, individual investors and other financial institutions.
Parallel Management Inc. was the operating company under which we conducted
our business and served our clients.
1996:
Parallel Realty Inc. was created. In addition to our financial advisory and
intermediary services a new focus was acquisitions/dispositions while
assisting our clients with debt/equity financing, refinancing and
restructuring their real estate assets. In addition, we undertook due
diligence assignments and lender/borrower negotiations. Our focus remained
on overall real estate asset management strategy development and the
execution of same in partnership with our clients. Our team grew with added
expertise to ensure our client's total satisfaction.
2000:
Parallel Realty Inc., Brokerage, became our primary business while
maintaining a stable of clients requiring ongoing due diligence and
underwriting expertise. New team members joined to contribute to the
already strong team of real estate professionals. Today, Parallel Realty is
fortunate to have a strong client base that looks to us for assistance when
buying, selling or financing their real estate investments. Parallel
advises lending institutions and borrowers alike to ensure the most
appropriate financial structure results. Our team provides a complete range
of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage services for tenants, and property
owners in all sectors including office, land, industrial and retail. We
take pride in the fact that our clients receive personalized service from
our team of professionals and they definitely do not get lost in the
shuffle of a large impersonal international real estate brokerage firm. At
Parallel Realty Inc., our clients are our biggest asset.
